  1. Your article is right on. Too many times, the top management group and HR are not in “the know” about what the culture really is, however.

    • Thanks Ron. We believe true Culture Transformation (Change) is more sustainable when all levels of an organization help create the Roadmap for Change, which includes the informal leaders and sub-cultures of an organization who can either support/drive the desired evolutionary change, or derail it.

  3. You really understand all of the nuances of organizational culture! Many years ago on my first job working for a large company, I observed that the subculture on second shift was distinctly different than on the first shift. We took great pride in getting more work done with the absence of the “suits” on our shift.
