One way the Deploy product suite will help Wawa alleviate this issue is by eliminating today’s large volume of paper applications — applicants will be able to apply through Wawa’s career Web site or over the phone using Deploy’s interactive voice response (IVR) system.
Eliminating the manual input of an applicant’s information will help reduce the risk of transcription errors and the handling of incomplete applications.
The system will also expedite the availability of applicant background checks for general managers twice as fast.
The Deploy Enterprise Talent Suite will help cut Wawa’s onboarding and training expenses by identifying associates who are more apt to stay on the job longer, allowing them to become proficient at the job.
