  1. I completely agree with your view that Leadership Briefings can be used much more effectively. As you rightly point out, the idea is to connect personally with the employees – so storytelling can be very effective. Leave the communication of dry figures to other channels – emails and internal portals, use leadership briefings to tell the story behind the facts – and make it personal for the listener.
