  2. An interesting article with some valuable points being made. I haven’t had the privilege to work with Red Bull but reading this article I would imagine they strive to create a very positive work environment. I find larger organisations may struggle to apply a similar process and would benefit from a more structured program to reflect the different personality types being employed. I have been developing something specifically aimed at men – awareness is certainly apart of the learning. Thanks
