  5. These are basic thoughts, actions, that every company should be following. But we of the older generation tend to think they are common knowledge and therefore are being done. Thanks for the reminder.

The reality is that the future leaders -Milleneals, are always online and should always be facilitated because this is their way of communicating – this new way, and alot can be received from them, related to their ideas and contributions to the workplace. In this regard, I endorse the idea of mentoring and continuous learning through e.g. the “action learning” process, as well as continuous updates on organizational plans, achievements and milestones. Meet them where they are and encourage them.
