  1. A 1.6% improvement really isn’t a lot to brag about . . . . .particularly when some think it may be to spring weather. Corporate america needs to do better! After all the money pumped into leadership development, it is surprising that the needle on this metric has not moved more. Gallup research says the #1 reason on why people leave their job is “lack of quality of relationship with their boss.” Let’s think about this, if we build better bosses (aka leadership development) we may have a chance of improving this metric . . . . . and the culture and the health and the happiness of US corporations.
