  1. I would believe, that Rosina would acknowledge that mentors do not become “MENTORS” unless they are given the skill set specifically supporting Mentoring. It does not come naturally even to the seasoned and sage amount us. As we have found, a change in title from Staff to a Management role does not provide the skill set that new role requires. The same is true with Mentors. This conversation could continue with discussing the differences and similarities between Mentoring and Coaching.. Both require a skill set. Thanks!
