Qualified individuals should have the following:
- Masters degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational learning
- Minimum 5 years in a management role leading a learning & development function on a global scale.
- In-depth understanding of the business needs assessment process, learning strategies, learning architecture & infrastructure, learning hosting & outsourcing and learning content & delivery.
- Willing to travel approximately 40%
