The Human Capital Institute (HCI) and eCornell have partnered to create a comprehensive online curriculum of professional and executive development programs.
HCI, a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, now will increase its education offering with various eCornell courses and certificate programs in areas such as executive, line management and human resources, which provide skills training for leaders.
Through the agreement, HCI Business membership and related discounts will be available to eCornell clients, and HCI members will pay a lower price for eCornell education.
HCI is the only professional association whose sole focus is human capital and talent management.

The partnership will provide a highly scalable online learning platform that will allow easy progression along development paths throughout organizations.
Programs at eCornell, which is a wholly owned subsidy of Cornell University, are designed by faculty members from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, as well as its School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Subject-matter experts develop eCornell programs with an emphasis on matching learning experiences to students’ unique needs, as well as facilitating the transfer of skills.
Through the offering, HCI will be able to grant human capital professional, executives and line managers even more access to the latest ides, as well as the best practices and most effective tools in alignment, deployment, engagement, measurement, retention, talent acquisition and other strategic practices.
HCI offers 15 certificate programs through eCornell, including leading management teams, executive leadership, human resources studies, performance management and managing productivity.
