Largo, Fla., and St. George, Utah – Jan. 12

ExamForce, a test preparation software provider, and LearnKey Inc., a provider of self-paced training solutions for corporate, education, government and personal users, announced their merger. Together these two companies have more than 30 years of learning technology, business solutions and learning experience.

The two companies have had a partner relationship since 2007 and share similar business philosophies. The merger brings together two companies in the technology-based education vertical and allows each company to leverage their core capabilities for future growth.

“This is great news for our students, learning clients, businesses and academic partners. Our solution will now run through the full learning cycle that includes pre-assessment, prescriptive study guides, high-level multimedia expert-led training and the industry’s best adaptive learning test preparation tool,” said John Clemons, CEO of LearnKey Inc.

“Each of us brings a level of expertise that is considered to be the best of the best in the industry and our new model will increase the quality of each learning modality and ensure greater learning success for all of our students,” he said.

“We are excited about the merger and about making a greater impact in the certification and education marketplace. With this new entity, we’ll provide more products, more services and have greater reach into the industry,” said Kevin Forcier, president of ExamForce.

The new entity will be called LearnForce Partners LLC. Prior to the merger, the companies were working with many of the same clients and the unified entity enables the company to consolidate business units while working towards increased customer satisfaction and stronger revenues.
