Sunrise, Fla. — June 9
Learn.com, a provider of on-demand workforce development and productivity, announced that the company has named former chief financial officer of Eclipsys Corp., Robert Colletti, as its chief financial officer (CFO).

“We welcome Bob as an operationally focused CFO whose substantial experience with a software industry leader makes him an ideal fit for the global economies in which we operate. Bob's deep technical knowledge, decades of financial management expertise and his cultural fit will allow him to help take Learn.com to the next level. I am certain that Bob will be a key contributor to our future success,” said Jim Riley, president and CEO.

Colletti is a financial executive with broad and deep experience at board and company leadership levels, growing his previous company’s revenues from $70 million to $500 million and expanding its employee base from 500 to 3,000 employees, and ultimately achieving a market capitalization of $1.3 billion.

“I am very excited to be joining the Learn.com team with their successful track record of growth, profitability and product innovation. The company is well-positioned as the leader in the human capital management field, and I look forward to helping the team scale its administrative processes and functions and drive further improvements in growth and profitability,” said Robert Colletti, chief financial officer at Learn.com
