Director, eContent Strategy
The Director, eContent Strategy is responsible for providing ESI�s executive team with strategic-level direction to implement alternative blended learning delivery formats to our worldwide client base.
�� Design overall blended learning and digital content strategy using existing, and to-be-added, components of ESI�s online programs to form an integrated client
�� Identify and design the best online methods to drive learning proficiency for participants before and after training events
�� Upgrade ESI�s online program-level assessment instruments that provide suggested learning based on the participant�s assessment performance
�� Repurpose existing content for use in a performance support system or as single-topic training interventions in a variety of modalities
�� Assist in the selection, implementation, and upgrading of our eTraining courseware into a new LMS
�� Enhance ESI�s offerings through the use of Web 2.0 capabilities and mobile learning
