Investing in the skills and knowledge of employees is critical to create a workforce that is innovative, agile and able to maintain and build an organization’s competitive advantage. But budget cuts and reduced resources make this difficult. Only initiatives that clearly demonstrate business impact will survive.

Join this virtual session to take a closer look at the current state of learning measurement and discuss best practices for ensuring learning remains a top priority. Jeffrey Berk, chief operating officer from KnowledgeAdvisors, will discuss measurement trends and provide practical tips and techniques for building the business case for learning and development metrics.
