Tom Kelly has more than 25 years of experience in the education and training industry and has held positions at NetApp, Cisco, Oracle Corp., Sun Microsystems, NeXT Corp. and Control Data Corp. He is a trusted adviser for a growing list of clients, including small to midsize companies focusing on learning organizations systems and strategies. At NetApp University, Kelly ensured employees, partners and customers were professionally educated and trained on solutions with hands-on training and certification programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Saint Cloud State University in Saint Cloud, Minn. He also is co-author of The Business Case for E-Learning.
