Paul Bejgrowicz provides strategic consulting services to clients on learning strategies, learning platforms and the development of multiple delivery modalities. This includes the evaluation and implementation of learning management systems and Web 2.0 learning and collaboration technologies. Bejgrowicz provides thought leadership, bridging the organizational enterprise in the areas of performance solutions to improve human capital. Previously, Bejgrowicz was director of Johnson & Johnson’s eUniversity and served as the global process owner for learning. Bejgrowicz is also a lieutenant commander in the United States Navy Reserves with more than 22 years of active and reserve duty in both enlisted and commissioned ranks, and he recently served on active duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Bejgrowicz is a Certified e-Learning Specialist and a Certified Training Manager. He holds an MBA with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University and a B.S. from LeTourneau University.

Lorne Hamilton, vice president of sales for ACS Learning Services, is responsible for developing new client relationships. Hamilton has a 25-year proven track record of sales, sales management and senior executive management during his career. He has more than 15 years of experience in professional services, the majority in consulting, training and business services outsourcing. Previously, Hamilton was senior vice president of sales at MSX International, where he led the global sales organization and demonstrated success in designing and selling complex outsourcing solutions across multiple industries that effectively and efficiently met critical client challenges. Hamilton has also worked with Wilson Learning Corp. and Philip Crosby Associates, where he served as regional business unit leader and senior vice president of global business analysis. Hamilton is a graduate of Michigan State University Business School and INSEAD.

Chief Learning Officer was named "Best New Publication" by the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE). Norm also received the 2005 Innovation Award from Media Business Magazine, which honored him as Top Publisher of the Year.
Norm has more than 30 years of magazine and direct marketing publishing experience. Since beginning his career with Seventeen magazine, Norm has worked either directly or as a consultant to many consumer and business-to-business magazines. With a specialty in new magazine development, he has played a key role in the launch of OMNI magazine, SPIN magazine, Game Players magazine, CD-ROM Today, Internet World and Web Week. He contributed to the redesign of such magazines as Financial World and CD-ROM World. As president/CEO of Decks Inc., he worked with several major publishing companies to develop revenue resources from alternative media. This client base included BusinessWeek, Fortune, Money Magazine, Sports Illustrated, Esquire, The Journal of the American Dental Association and Dun & Bradstreet reports. Norm is a recipient of the Tempo Award from the Direct Marketing Association and is a biographee of Marquis Who's Who in the Midwest and Who's Who in Advertising and the Media.
Justin Lombardo

Children's Medical Center of Dallas
Justin Lombardo is currently vice president, Learning Institute, and chief learning officer of Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. He was recruited to this role in January 2010 to create the Children’s Learning Institute, which will be responsible for aligning and optimizing the organization’s investment in education and training to help advance the strategic goals of the medical center. Lombardo will lead all the clinical and non-clinical education and training for the medical center. Prior to joining Children’s, Lombardo served for nine years as chief learning executive at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. There he developed the NM Academy, which was responsible for the organization’s learning initiatives. Prior to this, Lombardo spent 15 years at Motorola University, where he managed various training and education functions globally and was one of the founding directors. Lombardo has also worked in higher education administration.

Jennifer Murnane speaks and writes extensively on knowledge management and tuition assistance. She cultivates and manages Bellevue University’s visionary corporate clients and also has served as the inaugural assistant director for Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab. In this role, she worked directly with Fortune 500 companies to determine the value and ROI of their learning programs. Murnane continues to conduct research with the lab, focusing primarily on nonprofit organization leadership. Previously, Murnane was a director for a Fortune 1000 company and a licensed investment adviser. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Ph.D. from Iowa State University.
