Chicago: High-Impact Learning for Lean Times

Thursday, March 12, 2009 7:30am Central at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center

Effective workforce learning is more important than ever in tough economic times. When aligned with organizational objectives, innovative learning and development solutions can create tremendous measurable value for the enterprise. In the 2009 Breakfast Club series, our panel of industry experts will lead conversations in cities across the United States about the role the learning organization plays in leading growth and innovation, even in tough economic times.

Lively discussion topics will focus on:

  • How should learning departments adjust their structure to address the new economic reality?
  • How should learning delivery methods change or redeploy, if at all, to adjust to business conditions?
  • How does the emphasis on what makes a difference right now affect learning programs and what can we do to demonstrate impact and value?

Joining us as moderator for the Chicago event is Bob Dean, vice President of learning and talent development at Heidrick & Struggles.

Registration is limited and will fill quickly. Advanced registration is $49.95 and on-site registration is $54.95.
