Workscape Inc., a provider of outsourced benefits and compensation solutions, has revealed details of its financial year 2006, which ended Dec. 31, 2006.
During this period, Workscape expanded existing relationships with many Fortune 500 companies, as well as welcomed new customers and renewed agreements with numerous others.
The company also added 117 employees to its workforce and moved its U.S.-based HR service center to a larger facility in Meridian, Idaho.
Workscape welcomed many new customers during the year, including BMW Manufacturing, Avis Budget Group Inc., Saint Barnabas Health Care System, Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. (previously known as Tyco Plastics & Adhesives), Realogy, a spinoff of the real estate division of Cendant, as well as one of the world’s largest lodging franchisers.
“2006 was another record-breaking year for Workscape,” Tim Clifford, president and CEO, said. “We achieved significant milestones, including beating profitability targets, attaining record-levels of customer satisfaction, relocating our U.S.-based HR service center to a larger facility in Meridian, Idaho, doubling the size of our sales force, releasing our industry-leading compensation planning products on a new technology platform and increasing our fourth-quarter bookings by 54 percent over 2005.”
Most recently, New Jersey-based Saint Barnabas Health Care System, the largest health care delivery system in New Jersey, with more than 15,000 employees, selected Workscape for its outsourced benefits administration (OBA) services, by signing a five-year contract.
Autodesk is the world’s leading 2-D and 3-D design software company for the manufacturing, building and construction, and media and entertainment markets.
The company expanded its existing benefits relationship with Workscape by selecting Workscape’s Compensation Planner to power its compensation planning processes.
Workscape customers renewing or expanding their outsourced benefits administration and compensation solutions relationships with the company included Ohio Health, which was recently named to Fortune magazine’s “Top 100 Employers to Work For” list; Tyco, National City, Raytheon and Ahold, among others.
On the product front, Workscape unveiled its performance-driven compensation solution last October at the Ninth-Annual HR Technology Conference and Exhibition in Chicago.
The company received its fifth consecutive perimeter certification from Cybertrust, further validating Workscape’s commitment to the highest security standards.
Workscape also received accolades from industry analysts for its role as a provider of on-demand applications delivered via the software-as-a-service model.
